Meet Our Pastor:

The Rev. Daniel H. Albrant was appointed as pastor to the Madison United Methodist Charge in late June, 2017. Prior to that, he was a licensed pharmacist for 30 years.  Dan’s pharmacist practice was in intensive care units and solid organ transplant; though he also ran a pharmacist consulting business and a 501c3 corporation as well.  He served as a Chaplain for four years at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Virginia, and interned at the Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church in Ward 7, Washington, DC, for two years.

Dan earned a Master of Divinity degree with honors  from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C., and is currently a Licensed Local Pastor in the Virginia Conference.

Dan has been married to Lucinda Maine since 1987 and they have two sons, Chris and Danny.  Dan’s hobbies include all outdoor activities, especially hunting and fishing, but he enjoys golf and gardening as well.
